When hour-logging approval is switched on, logged hours wait for an admin's review before they count. This article shows how to approve or decline them.
Where pending hours appear
When approval is on, pending logged hours appear in the admin Volunteer Hours listing.
Approving or declining
Use the tick to approve a logged entry, or the cross to decline it.
Only approved hours count toward totals and reporting.
Pending and declined hours are excluded from totals.
Declined logs stay in the listing as a record (deleting them is optional - but note that deleting cannot be undone).
Finding entries quickly
Use the search bar and the All / Pending / Approved / Declined filter to focus on what you need - for example, everything still awaiting review.
