You can control whether hand-logged measures count straight away or wait for review. This article shows how.

Go to the Admin Panel and open (Settings › Permissions), then the manual measure-log approval setting.

Allow without approval (the default) - a manual measure log is approved instantly and counts straight away.

Require admin approval - a manual measure log lands Pending and only counts once an admin approves it.

📌 Note: This setting only affects manual logs. Auto-generated logs always land Approved (Reviewed by System). Approve or decline pending logs from (Measurement › Measure Logs), using the three-dot action menu on each row.
