How to view and manage donations as an admin

Use the admin Donations listing to search, edit, delete, export and log donations.

The admin Donations listing is your central view of every donation logged on the platform. This article covers what you can see and do there.

Where to find the Donations listing

Go to the Admin Panel > Donation Logs.

The columns shown

The listing shows: Type, Description, Quantity, Unit, Unit Value, Total Value, Activity, Donor, Stakeholder Type, Committed Date, Completion Date, Approval Status and Actions.

Search and filter

Use the search box and the Type filter to narrow the list. When donation approval is switched on, you'll also have a Status filter.

Editing a donation

Click the three-dot menu > Edit. This opens the Log Donation form in edit mode so you can update the details.

Deleting a donation

Click the three-dot menu > Delete and confirm in the popup.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a donation cannot be undone.

Exporting donations

Use Export to download the donations. The export reflects your current filter and search view, so filter first to export exactly what you need.

Logging a new donation

Click + Log Donation to record a new donation directly from this page.
