Before you begin
You must have admin access to your app.
The person you want to promote must already be a member of your app.
Step-by-step instructions
Click on your profile icon and select Switch to Admin Panel from the dropdown menu.
From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Members page. Here you will see the full list of all members in your app.
Use the search bar to find the member you'd like to grant admin right by typing their first or last name.
Once you've located the member, move to the Actions column on the right-hand side of their row.
Click the three dots (...) icon to open the actions menu.
Select Make Admin from the list of options.
Expected result
The member's Role field will now display Admin, confirming that the change has been applied successfully. They will now have access to the Admin Panel and all of its features.
How to remove admin rights
If you need to revert an admin back to a regular member, follow the same steps above and select Make Member from the actions menu instead.
