How to view feedback forms

See all the feedback submitted on your opportunities, search and filter it, and download any attached photos.

Written by Sevgi Sairoglu Sezginer

Once opportunities are underway or completed, feedback comes in from leads and participants. This article shows an admin where to see it all in one table, what each column means, and how to find and download any photos that were attached.

Where to find it

Go to the Admin Panel and open (Engagement › Feedback Forms).

What the table shows

Each row is one piece of feedback. The columns are:

  • Member Name - who submitted the feedback (for example, an opportunity lead submitting feedback on behalf of the opportunity).

  • Flow - how the feedback was collected, for example Lead to Multiple Participants

  • Opportunity Type - Volunteering, Learning, Funding or In-kind donation.

  • Opportunity Name - with a thumbnail image, linking back to the opportunity.

  • Opportunity Date - the date (or date range) the opportunity took place.

  • Feedback for - the participant this particular piece of feedback is about. A lead giving feedback on several participants from one opportunity shows as one row per participant, all sharing the same Member Name and Opportunity.

  • Experience Rating - a score out of 5, shown with an emoji.

  • Testimonial - the written feedback text.

  • Private Note - an internal-only note field, not shown to the person the feedback is about. Shows "-" when nothing's been added.

  • Images - any photos attached to that feedback response (see below).

Searching, filtering and exporting

Use the Search feedbacks box to find feedback by keyword, and the Type filter to narrow the list down. Click Export to download the table.

Downloading photos

When participants or leads submit feedback, they can attach photos as evidence of what was delivered - useful for case studies, reporting to funders, or simply a record of the day. Photos live in the Images column - open a feedback response's Images column and use the download option to save the attached photo to your device.

📌 Note: On some browsers (Edge in particular) the Images column can sit off the right-hand edge of the table at default zoom - scroll the table fully to the right, or zoom out slightly, if you don't see it. This has caught people out before, so if you can't find the Images column at all, check your zoom level before assuming the feature isn't there.
