It's easy to lose track of where your applications stand. This article shows where to see them by status - accepted, pending, completed, declined and withdrawn - and how to filter the list.
Where to find your applications
From your Dashboard, open the Applications section. There you'll see two tabs: Received (applications from people who applied to opportunities you lead) and Sent (opportunities you've applied to), each shown with its current status. Admins can also see applications across the platform from the Admin Panel.
Application statuses
Accepted - your application was reviewed and you've been brought on board as a participant.
Pending - your application has been submitted and is awaiting a decision from the opportunity lead.
Completed - the opportunity has finished and your participation is complete.
Declined - the lead reviewed your application and decided not to proceed.
Withdrawn - the application was withdrawn, either by you or by an admin.
Filtering by status
Use the status filter to switch between statuses - accepted, pending, completed, declined and withdrawn - so you can quickly see, for example, everything still awaiting a decision.
