As a lead, you can see how an Activity is performing across everything linked to it - not just one opportunity, but the whole piece of delivery. This article shows where to find these metrics and what recently changed about how Activity status works.
Where to find them
Open the Activity from your Dashboard to see its key metrics.
What you'll see
Metrics rolled up from the Activity's linked opportunities - such as volunteer hours, donations and measures - so you can see what the Activity has delivered overall, across every opportunity type sitting under it. The Activity's Donations tab shows each donation with its donor and stakeholder type.
Activity status is now automatic
đ Note: An Activity's status is now derived automatically from its linked opportunities, so it stays in step with what's actually happening, rather than needing someone to remember to update it by hand. Alongside Not started, In progress, Completed and Cancelled, a new Not Completed status appears for activities whose linked opportunities finished without anyone completing. A lead can Reopen a finished Activity to put it back to In progress and log more work - useful if a completed or cancelled Activity turns out to need another round of opportunities or logging after all.
