As a lead, you can see how an opportunity is performing at a glance, without having to piece it together from the Applications tab and logs separately. This article shows where to find these metrics and what they cover.
Where to find them
Open the opportunity from your Dashboard or its opportunity page to see its key metrics.
What you'll see
The exact metrics depend on the opportunity's type:
Applicants by status - how many applications are Pending, Accepted, Declined, and so on.
Hours logged - for volunteering and learning opportunities, the volunteer hours recorded against it.
Pledged and confirmed amounts - for funding opportunities, what's been pledged by applicants versus confirmed once the opportunity is marked complete.
Donations - for in-kind donation opportunities, the donation logs generated once applicants are confirmed.
Together these let you track engagement and delivery for that specific opportunity, whatever type it is.
