The Delivery report shows how much of your contracted delivery has been completed. It's built for admins running the Commitment Delivery module, and gives you three different views onto the same underlying data - a health snapshot, a trend over time, and a breakdown by cause. This article explains each one.
Where to find it
Go to the Admin Panel and open (Reports › Delivery).
What it shows overall
The report shows progress against your contracts and their commitments - delivered value versus target. Delivered value is a measure's units delivered multiplied by its resolved per-unit value (see How delivered value is calculated).
Commitment health cards
Commitments are grouped into health buckets - Not Started, On Track, At Risk, Overdue and Completed (see Understanding commitment health: when is a commitment "at risk"?). Each bucket shows as a clickable card with a count. Clicking a card takes you straight to the Commitments listing, pre-filtered to just that status - so you can go from "how many are At Risk?" to the actual list of them in one click.
The delivery graph
The graph tracks delivery over time, and you can switch what it's plotting:
Metric - toggle between Completed Commitments (a count) and Delivered Value (a total, in your app's currency).
Period - view by Month, Quarter or Year.
Switching the metric and period lets you see, for example, whether delivery has been steady or picked up in a particular quarter, and whether that's driven by more commitments completing or by higher-value ones.
Delivery by Cause
This section breaks delivery down by Cause (for example Employment, Education, Environment), and can be filtered the same two ways as the graph: by Delivered Value or by Completed Commitments. Looking at both filters together shows you whether a cause's delivery comes from a lot of smaller commitments or a few larger ones - a cause can lead on one measure without leading on the other.
📌 Note: The Delivery report only appears when Commitment Delivery is switched on. It complements the Engagement report, which covers volunteer hours, participants and donations but not measures.
