Every commitment gets an automatic health status so you can spot which ones need attention without digging into the numbers yourself. This article explains what each status means and exactly when a commitment tips into At Risk.
The five health statuses
Not Started - 0% delivered, and the due date is more than 30 days away.
On Track - some delivery (1-99%), and the due date is more than 30 days away.
At Risk - delivery is still under 100%, and the due date is 30 days away or closer.
Overdue - delivery is still under 100%, and the due date has already passed.
Completed - delivery has reached 100% of the target.
What makes a commitment At Risk
A commitment goes to At Risk when both of these are true: it hasn't hit its target yet (anywhere from 0% to 99% delivered), and its due date is within the next 30 days. It doesn't matter whether it's on 5% or 95% delivered - proximity to the deadline is what moves it into this bucket, not how much progress has been made. If the same commitment passes its due date without reaching 100%, it moves from At Risk straight to Overdue.
📌 Note: "Delivered" here means verified delivery only - units and value from measure logs that are Approved (or auto-verified by the system), not Pending ones. A pile of unapproved logs won't move a commitment out of At Risk.
Once a commitment is Completed, it stays Completed
When an approved log first brings a commitment's delivery to 100% of its target, that's locked in - the commitment's health stays Completed even if a later correction (an edited or reversed log) drops verified delivery back below target. It won't slide back to At Risk or Overdue on its own; only support can force-clear a completion.
Where you'll see it
Health shows on the commitment detail page and as a column/filter on the Commitments listing. It also drives the health cards on the Delivery report - clicking a health card there (for example, "At Risk") takes you to the Commitments listing pre-filtered to just that status.
📌 Note: Email alerts for At Risk commitments have been requested but aren't built yet - for now, checking status means visiting the Commitments listing or the Delivery report.
