How to enable volunteering leave

If your organisation offers paid volunteering leave, you can let internal members mark when they're using it. This article shows an admin how to switch it on and what members see.

Go to the Admin Panel and open your Settings, and Features & Documents section. Then turn on the Volunteering leave toggle.

When it's on, members with an internal member type see a volunteering-leave checkbox in the apply pop-up when they apply to an opportunity. Ticking it records that they're taking part using volunteering leave.

📌 Note: The checkbox only appears for internal member types, so external supporters won't see it.
