You can ask members to read and accept a volunteering policy when they join your app. This article shows an admin how to set it up and where members see it.
Where to find it
Go to the Admin Panel and open (Settings › Features and Documents), then the Volunteering policy section.
Adding your policy
Add your volunteering policy or agreement text (or a link to it).
Turn on the option to show it at sign-up.
Save your changes.
What members see
When the policy is switched on, new members are asked to accept it as part of signing up - they can't finish signing up without accepting. Their acceptance is recorded, so you have a clear record of who has agreed.
📌 Note: The policy is set per app, so each app can have its own wording.
