How to set up Opportunity Documents and templates

Configure the documents and templates that opportunity creators can download and upload.

Written by Sevgi Sairoglu Sezginer

Opportunity Documents let you provide templates (such as a consent or risk form) for opportunity creators to use, and collect documents back from them. This replaces the previous Risk Assessment setup with a more flexible, multi-template approach.

Where to find it

Go to the Admin Panel > Settings > Features & Documents, and open the Opportunity Documents section.

Switching the section on or off

Use the toggle to show or hide the Document Uploads section on the Post Opportunity form.

Adding template documents

  • Add up to 5 template documents.

  • Each must be a PDF, up to 25MB.

  • Give each template a custom label so creators know what it's for.

Deleting a template

Deleting a template shows a confirmation popup. Existing opportunities that already reference the file still keep it.

The live preview

A Preview panel shows how the section will appear on the Post Opportunity form as you configure it.

What opportunity creators see

On the Post Opportunity form, creators see a Document Uploads section with your templates listed as downloadable links, plus an upload area where they can add their own PDFs (up to 5).

What members see

On the opportunity page, the section previously called "Risk Assessment" is now called Documents. It's hidden entirely if no files have been uploaded.
