If your plans change, you can withdraw from an opportunity you joined. This short guide explains how, and what happens afterwards.

How to withdraw from your Dashboard

  1. Open your Dashboard and go to the Opportunities participating section.

  2. Find the opportunity - you can withdraw yourself from pending and in-progress applications.

  3. Click the three-dot menu and select Withdraw application.

  4. Confirm your choice.

How to withdraw from your applications

You can also withdraw from the Applications page: open the Sent tab, find the application, and withdraw it from there.

📝 Note: You can't withdraw from the opportunity page itself - use your Dashboard or the Applications page.

What happens to your place and hours

  • Your place on the opportunity is released, so the lead can offer it to someone else if there's a waiting list or remaining capacity.

  • Any hours you've already logged remain part of the record. If you need hours removed, contact the opportunity lead or an admin.

What's next

👉 Changed your mind? You can apply again from the opportunity page while it's still open.
