How to Approve Logged Hours?

Learn how you can approve when the users log their engagement.

Admin Panel > Logged Hours

  • When a user logs their engagement, both admins and opportunity lead can approve this log.

  • Admin sees this from the panel > Logged Hours section.

  • From here, the admin can either approve or decline the engagement under Actions.

User Dashboard > Activity

  • Also, the opportunity lead can see this from the opportunity page, under Engagement > Participant Engagement.

  • Both the user and the opportunity lead to see the user engagement as 'pending' during the approval period.

  • Once the engagement is approved either by the platform admin or the opportunity lead, it seems as below on the user side:

๐Ÿ’ก Notes:

  1. If the user logs their engagement for an opportunity that is outside of the platform, then only the platform admin will be able to approve this.

  2. If a user has also platform admin authority, when that user logs their engagement, there will be no approval needed as this will be auto-approved.
