Fixed Issues

  • Colleagues report data: Directorate and team data in the Colleagues report have been corrected.

Improvements and Changes

  • Participant question for leads: When filling out the opportunity form, leads can indicate if they will participate. This triggers an auto-log for opportunities with fixed dates and times.

  • Log engagement popup for leads: When marking participants as incomplete, leads now see a message:

    • Fixed-date opportunities: Auto-log will be created.

    • Flexible opportunities: Logs must be added manually.

  • New columns in Support Offers export:

    • Causes: Displays connected causes.

  • Feedback form: The feedback form now has fewer questions and it takes only 60 seconds to complete.

  • Log engagement question removal: The "Log engagement" question was removed from the participant feedback form to prevent duplicate entries.

Quick signup/login: SSO buttons are now labeled “Sign up with Microsoft” and “Sign up with Google.”

Fixed Issues

  • "Not Completed" status on Admin Panel: When a lead marks a participant’s status as incomplete, it now updates to "Not Completed" in Admin Panel > Support Offers for consistent views.

  • Autolog removal for removed participants: Removed participants are now excluded from the backend, preventing auto-logs when an opportunity is completed.

  • Participant’s completion status: Marking a participant as complete from the Participants tab now updates their status to "Completed" and removes them from the "Mark Complete" popup in the About tab.

  • Search bar for logged hours: Admins can now search by username in the Logged Hours section of the admin panel.

  • Date filter for opportunities: Filtering opportunities by start and end dates now shows results within the specified range.

Improvements and changes

  • Reason for extra hours: Users are informed about logged hours and can now add extra hours with a reason, avoiding duplication.

  • New spreadsheet columns: We added three new columns to the Opportunities export:

    • Causes: Displays connected causes.

    • Date of Engagement: Shows the opportunity date.

    • Capacity: Indicates the maximum number of participants.

    • Number of Attendees: Shows how many participants are accepted.

New features

  • Pending label for support offers: When a user applies to participate in an opportunity, they now see a “Pending” label until their application is accepted.

Improvements and changes

  • New column on Opportunities spreadsheet: Added a “Created At” column to the Opportunities export, showing each opportunity's creation date.

Fixed Issues

  • Redirection to specific admin panel pages: Users logging in via specific links (e.g., hours page, opportunity, or organisation) were redirected to the "Overview" page instead of the intended page. Now, users are taken directly to the desired page after login.

  • Multiple choice question in feedback form: Previously, when users deselected options in multiple choice questions and navigated back and forth, selections were lost. Now, selections remain intact.

  • Survey responses for incomplete participation: Previously, survey responses showed placeholders or errors when users gave multiple reasons for non-completion. Now, reasons display correctly, and “Other” is marked as “-” if no additional info is added.

  • Search and filter functionality on map: Map search and filter functions now work as expected, displaying only selected organizations based on search or filter criteria.

Improvements and changes

  • New spreadsheet columns: We added three new columns to the Logged Hours export:

    • Log Created at: Shows when the log was created in the system, separate from the engagement date.

    • Log Type: Indicates if the log was created manually by a user or automatically by the system when an opportunity is marked complete.

    • Log Added By: Identifies who created the log, even if it's done on behalf of another user.

  • Improved registration experience: When users register an organisation while posting an opportunity, the registration form now opens in a new tab. This keeps the opportunity form intact, and the newly registered organisation appears in the dropdown when they return.

  • Decline reason option added: Leads can now state reasons for declining applications via both the Participants section and the Inbox.

  • Required field warning: Added a “This is a required field” warning in the log engagement form to clarify mandatory fields.

Fixed Issues

  • News feed auto-update: Fixed an issue where auto-updates in the News Feed were getting stuck due to a backend problem. Now, updates are visible as intended.

  • Support status update: Resolved an issue where support status mistakenly showed as completed if leads filled out feedback for incomplete supports.

  • Member registration slowness: Fixed slowness issues when approving multiple member registrations, caused by a backend optimisation problem. The system can now efficiently handle over 1,000,000 member registrations.

  • Log engagement form bug: Fixed a bug where users couldn’t add organisation details if they initially selected an opportunity and then removed it. Now, users are redirected to the organisation details page when they remove the opportunity.

Mobile App Updates

  • Homepage alignment: Opportunities are moved to the top of the mobile app's homepage to align with the web platform.
