🦟 Bug Fixes

  • Signup/Onboarding - Member Type and Branch Data Not Saving: Fixed an issue where member type and branch data were not being saved correctly during signup.

  • Join Organisation Button Hidden: The "Join Organisation" button has been temporarily hidden until it can be properly fixed after the ecosystem merge.

✨ Improvements and Changes

  • Easier Opportunity Browsing: Requests and offers have been merged into a single "Opportunities" category to simplify navigation and understanding.

  • New & updated spreadsheet columns: Several new columns have been added to admin panel exports for better data tracking.

    • Internal Structures Columns Added to Opportunities Export: Now includes additional data on the lead’s directorate (branches) and team, if available.

    • Member Export Updates:

      • A new column has been added to indicate which organisations a member is connected to.

      • Fixed directorate (branch) data input.

      • A team column has been added for improved member tracking.

    • Logged Hours Export Enhancements: A new calculation column for logged hours has been included.

    • Applications Export Update: A new column has been added to display the supporter's organisation under "Support Offers."

  • Admin Panel Overview Enhancements:

    • Member breakdown, skills shared, and causes participated in are now displayed as charts for better data visualisation.

🚀 New Features

  • Email Notification For Opportunities: Users are notified if an opportunity is shared in an organisation, group or project they are a part of.

🦟 Bug Fixes

  • File Size Issue in Risk Assessment Section: Users were unable to upload small files in the risk assessment section of the post opportunity form. Now, appropriate file uploads are enabled.

  • Member Type Saving Issue with Microsoft SSO Signups: When signing up via Microsoft SSO, the member type was not being saved correctly in the database. Now, admins can now view the correct member types in the admin panel for users who sign up through Microsoft SSO.

  • Deleting the Date Filter on Opportunities Directory: Users encountered an issue when trying to remove the date filter in the Opportunities directory. Now, the filter can be removed as expected.

✨ Improvements and Changes

  • Text Update in Risk Assessment Section: The text in the risk assessment form section of the post opportunity form has been revised to enhance clarity and ensure a better user experience.

  • Team Required for Internal Members: Team is now a required field in the onboarding process for Internal member type (if applicable).

🦟 Bug Fixes

  • Groups Visibility Under Organisations Section: Previously, groups were appearing under the Organisations section on user profile pages. Now, all entities are displayed under their relevant sections.

✨ Improvements and Changes

  • New Columns in Opportunities Export & View: To align with the previous admin panel version, new columns have been added to the Opportunities view and export:

    • Pending Participants: Displays the number of participants awaiting approval.

    • Declined Participants: Shows the number of participants who declined the opportunity.

    • Completed Participants: Indicates the number of participants who successfully completed the opportunity.

  • New Columns in Logged Hours Export & View:

    • Users’ email addresses are now included in both the export and admin panel view.

    • Opportunity ID is now displayed in the export for better tracking.

  • Improved Member Type Descriptions on Pre-Signup Pages: The pre-signup page now provides clearer descriptions of member type options, ensuring users can easily select the most appropriate option before proceeding with registration.

  • Enhanced Ecosystem Settings for Admins: Admins can now easily enable or disable Google and Microsoft sign-up buttons from the Authentication section of the settings panel.

  • Specifying the Reason for Extra Hours – ‘Other’ Option: When adding manual logs for extra hours, users selecting "Other" as the reason will now be required to specify the reason for better clarity and tracking.

🚀 New Features

  • Push Notifications for Groups & Requests: Users will now receive push notifications when a group is created and when requests/offers are approved.

🦟 Bug Fixes

  • Engagement logs on the activity page: Users were unable to see their engagement logs when reviewing the activity page. Now, engagement logs inside or outside the platform are fully visible.

  • Date filter on Requests & Offers directories: The date filter was showing multiple different dates. Now, selecting a specific date will only display opportunities available on that date.

  • Wrong feedback form questions on the mobile app: Feedback form questions for participants displayed the lead’s questions instead. Now, the appropriate set of questions are shown.

✨ Improvements and Changes

  • Specific reason statement for "Other" extra hours: Users logging extra hours with the reason “Other” are now required to provide specific details to ensure better tracking and avoid duplication.

  • Approving members to an organisation, group, or project: Previously, when an admin received a notification about a new member request, they were redirected to the "About" page. Now, they will be redirected directly to the "Members" page for approval or decline.

  • Impact cause question on the post opportunity form: Updated the question to "Which causes does your organisation want to support?" to improve clarity for all users.

  • Changes in the register organisation form: The checkbox “I’m the representative of this organisation” has been removed from private ecosystems to simplify the registration process.

  • Participation question update for leads: The alert in the question for leads indicating participation in an opportunity was updated for clarity.

  • Existing logs message for leads adding engagement hours: Leads who choose to log hours for other participants will now see an alert if those participants already have logged hours. If they still wish to proceed, they must select an extra hours reason.

  • Incomplete participants cannot add logs: Users marked as incomplete participants can no longer log hours for an opportunity.

  • New & updated spreadsheet columns: Several new columns have been added to the Opportunities and Support Offers views and exports for better data tracking.

  • Opportunities View on Admin Panel

  • Created At: Date the opportunity was created.

  • Opportunity Date: The date the opportunity is scheduled to take place.

  • Support Offers View on Admin Panel

    • Lead Name: Displays the opportunity’s lead.

  • Offers Export

  • Lead Name: Displays the opportunity’s lead.

  • Opportunity ID: Shows the unique ID of the opportunity.

  • Users’ Email Addresses

  • Opportunity Type: Identifies whether it is a request or an offer.

  • Logged Hours View & Export

    • User affiliation column removed: The user affiliation column has been removed from the logged hours view and export to streamline data management.

🚀 New Features

  • Mobile App Analytics: Introduced analytics tracking for mobile app users to provide insights into engagement and usage patterns.

Fixed Issues

  • Host column display in Organisations page: On the admin panel > Organisations page, the host column display was corrected and not it shows the admins of the organisation even though they are the super admins or not.

Improvements and Changes

  • New spreadsheet column: We added three new columns to the Logged Hours export:

    • Extra Hours Reason: Displays the reason for the additional manual log.

  • Private documents upload: The question asking to upload private documents when registering an organisation is updated as optional.

New Ecosystem

  • Admin panel updates: Some user interface updates were made on the new admin panel by updating the order of the menu and changing the button colors.

  • Not completed status added: We have recently fixed the old admin panel by adding ‘not completed’ status to the support offers section for the participants who are marked as No on the completion popup. This has also been added to the new admin panel to ensure we have the same functionality.

  • Admin panel overview: In the overview report of the new admin panel, we added the active members' graph, number of participants, logged hours, and value of hours data.

Fixed Issues

  • Colleagues report data: Directorate and team data in the Colleagues report have been corrected.

Improvements and Changes

  • Participant question for leads: When filling out the opportunity form, leads can indicate if they will participate. This triggers an auto-log for opportunities with fixed dates and times.

  • Log engagement popup for leads: When marking participants as incomplete, leads now see a message:

    • Fixed-date opportunities: Auto-log will be created.

    • Flexible opportunities: Logs must be added manually.

  • New columns in Support Offers export:

    • Causes: Displays connected causes.

  • Feedback form: The feedback form now has fewer questions and it takes only 60 seconds to complete.

  • Log engagement question removal: The "Log engagement" question was removed from the participant feedback form to prevent duplicate entries.

Quick signup/login: SSO buttons are now labeled “Sign up with Microsoft” and “Sign up with Google.”

Fixed Issues

  • "Not Completed" status on Admin Panel: When a lead marks a participant’s status as incomplete, it now updates to "Not Completed" in Admin Panel > Support Offers for consistent views.

  • Autolog removal for removed participants: Removed participants are now excluded from the backend, preventing auto-logs when an opportunity is completed.

  • Participant’s completion status: Marking a participant as complete from the Participants tab now updates their status to "Completed" and removes them from the "Mark Complete" popup in the About tab.

  • Search bar for logged hours: Admins can now search by username in the Logged Hours section of the admin panel.

  • Date filter for opportunities: Filtering opportunities by start and end dates now shows results within the specified range.

Improvements and changes

  • Reason for extra hours: Users are informed about logged hours and can now add extra hours with a reason, avoiding duplication.

  • New spreadsheet columns: We added three new columns to the Opportunities export:

    • Causes: Displays connected causes.

    • Date of Engagement: Shows the opportunity date.

    • Capacity: Indicates the maximum number of participants.

    • Number of Attendees: Shows how many participants are accepted.

New features

  • Pending label for support offers: When a user applies to participate in an opportunity, they now see a “Pending” label until their application is accepted.

Improvements and changes

  • New column on Opportunities spreadsheet: Added a “Created At” column to the Opportunities export, showing each opportunity's creation date.

Fixed Issues

  • Redirection to specific admin panel pages: Users logging in via specific links (e.g., hours page, opportunity, or organisation) were redirected to the "Overview" page instead of the intended page. Now, users are taken directly to the desired page after login.

  • Multiple choice question in feedback form: Previously, when users deselected options in multiple choice questions and navigated back and forth, selections were lost. Now, selections remain intact.

  • Survey responses for incomplete participation: Previously, survey responses showed placeholders or errors when users gave multiple reasons for non-completion. Now, reasons display correctly, and “Other” is marked as “-” if no additional info is added.

  • Search and filter functionality on map: Map search and filter functions now work as expected, displaying only selected organizations based on search or filter criteria.

Improvements and changes

  • New spreadsheet columns: We added three new columns to the Logged Hours export:

    • Log Created at: Shows when the log was created in the system, separate from the engagement date.

    • Log Type: Indicates if the log was created manually by a user or automatically by the system when an opportunity is marked complete.

    • Log Added By: Identifies who created the log, even if it's done on behalf of another user.

  • Improved registration experience: When users register an organisation while posting an opportunity, the registration form now opens in a new tab. This keeps the opportunity form intact, and the newly registered organisation appears in the dropdown when they return.

  • Decline reason option added: Leads can now state reasons for declining applications via both the Participants section and the Inbox.

  • Required field warning: Added a “This is a required field” warning in the log engagement form to clarify mandatory fields.

Fixed Issues

  • News feed auto-update: Fixed an issue where auto-updates in the News Feed were getting stuck due to a backend problem. Now, updates are visible as intended.

  • Support status update: Resolved an issue where support status mistakenly showed as completed if leads filled out feedback for incomplete supports.

  • Member registration slowness: Fixed slowness issues when approving multiple member registrations, caused by a backend optimisation problem. The system can now efficiently handle over 1,000,000 member registrations.

  • Log engagement form bug: Fixed a bug where users couldn’t add organisation details if they initially selected an opportunity and then removed it. Now, users are redirected to the organisation details page when they remove the opportunity.

Mobile App Updates

  • Homepage alignment: Opportunities are moved to the top of the mobile app's homepage to align with the web platform.
