Who sees the opportunity?
When you do this, the opportunity is visible on the main Home area of the platform for the members of:
Organisation A that is leading the opportunity and
Organisation B you wanted to make the opportunity private to.
How does this work?
Let us use organisation A and organisation B to explain how the feature currently works:
The members of these organisations (A and B) can see this opportunity suggested to them at Home, as well as when they visit the detailed listing pages to see all requests/offers. So anyone else cannot see these in the platform.
Aside from the Home area of the platform - this opportunity will also be visible under the ‘Opportunities’ tab of organisation A leading the opportunity. However, currently, it is not visible under the tab of organisation B.
In which fields I will choose Organisation A & B?
While filling in the opportunity form, Organisation A should be selected under the "Who is leading this opportunity" form, the second question on the first page.
On the last page of the opportunity form, under "Privacy", first you will need to choose "Private to a group" under 'Who do you want to show this opportunity to?'.
After that, you will need to choose 'Organisation B' under the question, 'Select the group you would like to make this opportunity private to?'.
