As a participant, you can bring other people into an opportunity at the point you apply to it — for example, if you and a colleague want to take part together. You can only add others as part of your own application, not afterwards.
How to add others when you apply
Open the opportunity and click Apply.
In the application flow, click Add participants.
To add someone already registered on your app, select them from the list. To add someone who isn't a member yet, click + Add new member, then enter their name, surname and email, and select a member type from the dropdown.
Continue through the rest of the application and submit.
What the added participant sees
Once added, the person is linked to the opportunity and can see it in their own activity, so their involvement and hours can be tracked alongside everyone else's.
