Our Co-Founders
“It all began when I started searching for opportunities to use my skills for social impact”
Selin was inspired to make the world a better place by helping more people take part in social and environmental development. She witnessed how non-profit projects can grow with the right volunteer and in-kind support, and how individuals can make a huge difference by sharing their skills to help. She saw a need for a tool that would help match resources with needs, while also measuring engagement and reporting on impact.
Chloe joined Selin on this journey, as she witnessed the difficulties non-profits faced in building capacity and delivering their solutions. Unmotivated by the opportunities she had been provided by previous employers and inspired by the social value movement - she saw a need for a solution that could engaged business in more effective and saleable ways, leveraging their talent resources to help create new forms of value in our communities.
